This is the program I use to make thumbnails on my website. Couple of people have asked what I use, so here it is. I just added all the command-line options and stuff today, figured it'd be a good idea.

Versions

.NET

If you use windows, most likely you want this version. Note that it is currently a command-line program, and should be used from a command-prompt. It won't likely do anything useful if you double-click on the program.

Also, I know nothing about .NET security.

Yes, the perl version of UberThumb does work on Windows.
